Phil leads Solstice’s sales team as the Director of Sales and is responsible for enabling our mission of providing solar for every American. His career journey started in the swimming pool and spa industry and for more than a decade he has traveled a storied path in the renewable energy space. Prior to joining Solstice’s team, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for FAFCO, Inc., the oldest and most trusted manufacturer of solar thermal products in the industry. He has also held several executive positions throughout his career and prides himself on being effective both in the backyard and the boardroom. When he isn’t “preaching and teaching” the benefits of solar energy, he fills his time as a husband, father, and grandfather.  Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, tending to his indoor and outdoor gardens, and competing in bocce leagues and tournaments.
