She specializes in culture building, process development & improvement, and DEI. Today, Lisa is honored to be a part of Solstice’s sustainable energy mission and is excited to help make an impact for Solstice’s greatest asset, its people.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Lisa resides in a suburb of the Queen City with her husband and 2 children, usually with a coffee cup in her hand. When she’s not working, she enjoys being outdoors, music, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
