Jen leads Solstice’s Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams, driving the development and scale of the company’s community solar platform. With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, Jen has held senior leadership roles spanning technology innovation, commercialization, and the delivery of cutting-edge energy solutions. She brings deep expertise in large-scale data systems and holds multiple patents in data tracking technologies and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) products. Jen earned dual degrees in Computer Science and Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds an MBA, with a major in finance, from the University of Colorado. Beyond her professional work, Jen is a committed advocate for women in STEM. She mentors college students pursuing STEM careers and serves on the board of a local nonprofit dedicated to advancing STEM education and equity.
