Debi is the Senior Director of Legal and Compliance for Solstice and has spent her entire career in the energy industry. As an attorney with broad experience in leadership, process, and business operations, Debi is passionate about clean energy and environmental justice. With a BA from Washington University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School, Debi has held a variety of previous roles as an attorney in private practice, in-house counsel at a local utility, and regulatory affairs and sales operations for a third-party natural gas and electricity provider. Joining Solstice has been a full-circle opportunity as Debi’s goal in becoming a lawyer was to help improve and protect our environment.

At home in South Orange, NJ (just west of NYC), you can find Debi spending time with her husband, two adult-ish children, and labradoodle, baking, twisted into various yoga poses, or riding her Peloton. She loves being outdoors (preferably near a lake) and is active in her local community and neighborhood park conservancy.
